Product Support helps reduce downtime, increase operational efficiency, lower overall product lifecycle costs, improve application availability and promote product utilization. Our support is 24./7 (follow-the-sun access), provided in all three regions (APAC, Americas and Europe, including headquarters) and available regardless of issue severity.

    This is why we are searching for a responsible, bilingual (English/ French) and customer oriented new colleague who will be in charge of renewing the support contracts of our customers.

    - Correctly identifies customer requirements and needs for support services, including contractual terms and conditions, support service offers and products.

    - Accountable for timely service renewals for small to medium-sized customers in assigned territory.

    - Educates customers on e-business practices and any associated contractual implications.

    - Accurately forecasts business targets and opportunities in territory.

    - Creatively and promptly handles and solves customer objections and complaints.

    - Prepares correct sales orders and quotes.


    • Excellent written and verbal skills in English and French;
    • Excellent communication skills and customers orientation;
    • Good numeracy and attention to detail;
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities;
    • Ability to work in a fast moving and challenging environment;

    The successful candidate will have at least 3-4 years of experience in sales and customer service, preferably in IT Hardware&Software company.
