    You would be joining the Greater China sales team to drive Digital sales, and represent Axway, a Global software company and market leader in governing the flows of data across the enterprise, within B2B communities, the cloud and mobile devices. 

     

    We are seeking an experienced and high-energy sales professional who is passionate about innovating with technology to solve Digital business problems, who is creatively driven and can paint a compelling vision in conversation, presentation and written communications with global accounts, strategic market segments and business partners.

    Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develops a strategic market segment, manages globally large accounts and partners
    • Drives commercial approaches and deals with very large stakes, implementing the global offer of the company
    • Contributes to the profitable growth of the company
    • Sets and ensures accomplishment of objectives in his/her sector
    • Contributes to the definition of the company’s global offer, strategy and trends of development
    • Proposes evolutions of the Axway solutions, drives and leverages references in the region
    • Builds a prospective view of his/her market and a strong development plan
    • Innovates, develops new perspectives and important partnerships
    • Manages customer / partner relationships at an executive, decision maker level
    • Promotes company ethics and values internally and externally and ensures respect of policies and procedures
    • Provides leadership in digital sales capabilities within the regional sales team
    • May be responsible for recruitment, assignments and development of employees
    • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop campaigns and programs to build pipeline

    Collaborating with strategic Alliance & Channel partners to further build out Axway's solutions through potential partner System Integrators, Management Consulting companies and resellers and to develop territory lead generation

    • Expert in one or more of the following Business Domains: Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Telecommunications, Retail, Transportation or Commercial sectors
    • Expert in Presentation skills, Document Writing and Structured Communication
    • Expert in Sales Development and Solution Selling
    • Expert in CRM and internal enterprise software usage
    • Expert in pricing policies and subscription, SaaS and perpetual licensing models
    • Autonomous in use of application systems
    • Proficient in Distributed Communication
    • Proficient in Budget Management
    • Proficient in Market Analysis and Digital Marketing
    • Proficient in Project and Large Bid Management
    • Proficient in Legal and Contracts
    • Fluent in English

     

    Prerequisites:

     

    • Graduate degree (Bachelors/Masters/Diploma) with a specialization in IT

    Minimum 15 years’ experience in enterprise IT Sales
