So what are your responsabilities ?
Globally to sale our products and services in Italy
- Support and consulting of our Tier 1 customers and potential buyers in severals areas but most particularly in financial services
- Acquire new customers for Axway’s product and solution portfolio
- Implement the sales strategy, the sales target and the margin target
- Develop sales activities and sustainable customer relations but also generate new contacts and opportunities
- Never stop develop different market segments taking into account the given target customers and product priorities
- Work both individually and in coordination with the product specialists, Pre-Sales and Service Consultants
- Develop own marketing innovations and implementation of new marketing opportunities
- Strong, dynamic, determined and customer-oriented personality with power of endurance
- High self-motivation and self-reliant function
- Ability to operate with customers on all levels
- Excellent communication skills and capacity for teamwork
- Detectable sales success as well as the ability of building long-term customer relations
- Perennial (3-5 +) years with strong advised software solution sales,
- Knowledge of processes and IT-infrastructure in the named market sectors are beneficial
- Fluent in Italian + very good English language skills
- The candidate must be an energetic, commercially aware, self-starter with a desire to learn new things quickly, and a proven track record.
