We’re currently looking for our next key member – a Talent Acquisition Specialist whose mission it is to attract, engage and hire technical talents.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing of candidates;
  • Attracting and building relationships with prospective candidates using different channels;
  • Creating sourcing strategies in order to find and attract the best and the brightest;
  • Using social media to advertise positions, sharing Axway events;
  • Reviewing applications and evaluating work history, education and training, job skills, and other qualifications;
  • Updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
  • Participation to career forums and networking events;
  • Keeping track of the hiring progress

Our ideal candidate should:

  • have positive attitude;
  • have previous experience in the IT / Software sector;
  • be familiar with all the social media channels;
  • be very well organized;
  • show enthusiasm and commitment to the role;
  • be flexible and keen to learn;
  • be fluent in English

Furthermore we are looking for:

  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities tasks;
  • Creative approach;
  • Strong result orientation

Qualifications

  • University degree in appropriate field and/or certification is added advantage
  • A passion for talent acquisition;
  • Should have experience in the Talent acquisition. Preferably in the IT / Software field
  • Creativity and innovation around Sourcing
  • Assist and feed information to Managers
